A really nice property, will be really nice when they fix it up. The front desk clerk was fantastic and the young lady at the restaurant was perfect. Need to get your liquor license. Also within walking distance of a really nice bar.

There were several homeless individuals walking around the building, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
