"We have two minor complaints and that’s it ! Hotel is absolutely beautiful. It was under renovation when we came so the room was a little warm. Simple. No biggie at all. We cracked the window. However the two lady’s that work 7-3 could use some etiquette training. Mannerism was off BUT the freaking awesome lady who was training the young boy during the 3-11 shift is absolutely superb. We will definitely be looking for that duo when we return ! Hopefully we can experience them again. They were so amazing we give the stay a 5! "

"The room was very clean and had plenty of pillows on the bed to make it comfy. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with smiles. We are not much for breakfast, but I ate a bagel and my grandson really enjoyed the yogurt parfait. There was plenty of parking. "

"I was very happy with our room. It was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. I love that there is a pool table and so much seating to eat breakfast and/or to just hang around. There is also a "beverage bar" available all day for complementary tea, cofee or hot chocolate. Staff was very friendly. I will say it was super cold in the lobby area. I would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"It was ok for an overnight stay. Very basic. I think the pics online look better than in person. My wife said the breakfast had good options. I think we paid about $90 for the stay. I wouldn’t choose to stay for any longer than one night. Just my personal preference. I have higher standards. "

"There is no shuttle. I was texted that there was a shuttle and reconfirmed as such. Then once at airport told there is no shuttle that day but will return tomorrow. Once at hotel was told shuttle has not and will not be operating at all. A total bait and switch. I was given a faulty email TJ mail the manager. It would always bounce back. Property is dated but my room itself was fine and clean. "

"Charging the guests $16 for parking is ridiculous. The construction and not having more access to get to the rooms was also a bit aggravating. We didn't try the breakfast bar or regular bar."

"The staff was always courteous and polite however, the aesthetic of the property was below POOR! The elevator would shake every time we rode it, the carpet was peeling in all the corners of our room, the curtains were torn, the baseboards were peeling as well and you could see dirt and debris coming from wall, the tv in the room was outdated, the wallpaper was outdated and dirty looking, the carpet in the room smelled like it hadn’t been clean or shampooed in a long time, it was just so many things that I didn’t account for. It ruined the experience that me and my husband booked for. I understand that this isn’t the 4 seasons but I would appreciate a more updated and basic clean necessities! "
