The staff is top tier. They can’t help the area around the hotel but the staff and the hotel makes you feel like you’re in another surrounding. Rachel was super nice at the check in. Rooms were clean.

I never review anything but felt this one deserved a response. The staff here could not have been any nicer! Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They even shuttled us to airport when the shuttle wasn’t in service. Also, Our room was clean and comfortable!!

To no fault of the hotel I wouldn't recommend walking past the stoplight nearby. Saw a few panhandlers at the stoplight nearby at both sides. Daytime I think is ok but I'd be careful after dark. The hotel itself is pretty good though.
