I arrived after midnight with my two teenage children after our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay close to the airport. When we arrived, the only room available had one queen bed instead of two beds. The bed wasn’t big enough for three people but we didn’t have any other option as we were exhausted from all the flight delays and then cancellation. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. 「From the time of pre-arrival and throughout our entire stay, the staff were nothing but kind and accommodating!! We came in with 11 families taking up 11 rooms on every floor except the 2nd floor Lol. We used the grill, the common room, and tried to be mindful and inclusive of other guests and staff as much as possible. Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!! 「I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—it had a great atmosphere, excellent food, and made it so convenient to enjoy a nice meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Oh and the AC actually works unlike other hotels in NYC」

「This trip was for a job interview. The hotel did not have an iron in my room and none were available at the front desk. Blow dryers are not in the room and were not available upon request. Luckily someone who was staying at 5he hotel allowed me to use the iron from their room. Talk about inconvenience.」

「I actually love this spot! Came from CT to visit. I got the 1br suite...would preferred the 2br just to have more space however it was just me and ny friend so we were very good. Pull out couch as well. We had no issues ...the lady lakeisha I checked in with helped me a whole lot. Breakfast was served early am. Clean...smelled clean. Staff was very friendly including the housekeeping...I located them im the hallway and was able to get extra towels ...again I would definitely book their again....
