The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"This place has the best view and is right in the heart of where you want to be in Chicago. The staff were awesome. The room was plenty big and had everything we wanted in a room. The hallways were a little dirty, could have been vacuumed. Overall, the property was in good condition and the gym was nice too. I will stay here again. I have been to several places in Chicago to stay and this is my favorite so far!"
"What a great hotel -selected from many close to my conference at the Hyatt. It was also walking distance (1.2 miles) from Union Station (Amtrak). Hotel check-in and check-out is seamless -all done at central kiosk. Hotel staff ever-present to assist. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Every room control (blinds-curtains-climate-TV) accessed by room iPad or cell phone app. Eco friendly -no single use disposables. Hotel nearby to so many dining options and entertainment. Loved the friendly and helpful staff -I would stay here again! "
