「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「Very nice property with friendly staff. Location is a short walk to town where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The majority of the rooms are in the building across the parking lot from the hotel restaurant and river. Partial view river views look across the parking lot and are quite limited but pleasant. 」

「The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here.」

「Highly recommend, unique rooms and brilliant staff, in the heart of Chester! Got upgraded to the Secret Garden and it was great! Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! 」

「Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in . The room was lovely and comfortable . Bathroom really nice . We had a few drinks in the bar and the bar staff were really nice . Made cocktails for me which weren’t listed . In all...

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」
