「The hotel service was exceptional from the time we pulled up to valet. Everyone was prompt, kind, and helpful. We have stayed at many hotels on the Riverwalk. This is the first time we didn't hear street noise all night. The only disappointment was with the dine-in service. The breakfast was not good. Dinner at Ostra was amazing.」
「This is our fourth year in a row to stay here. It is very nice and convenient on the riverwalk. Park in the garage and never have to get out because everything you could need is within walking distance. The few times we did venture out far we just got an uber. Nice breakfast and happy hour makes it that much better. 」

「Love the property location and the rooms were great. I didn’t really care for the parking situation where it’s $65 for valet or $40 with no in or out privileges. Also I was charged extra taxes and “amenity fees”. The hotel gives you an $18 credit to use at one of their bars or restaurants to help make up for it however if you don’t go to one then you lose out on that fee.」
