泰晤士迪頓出租度假屋

「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「係自己家一樣的住宿」

「Really good location. Easy and pleasant communication with the person responsible for this place. Bathroom needs some refreshment.」

「房間浴室都很乾淨～ 小廚房非常棒，附近下樓右轉走3分鐘就有超商非常方便，離地鐵站也很近。」

「KEN115 air conditioner function good」

「new and clean property. staff are friendly. enjoyed the coffee machine available in the lounge too.」

「My room did not have any shampoo/conditioner so I had to reach out to the hotel staff. It did take some time to receive any (approx. a few hours), but they did fulfill the request. They locking your own luggage away before check-in feels a bit unsafe. Anyone with the door code to the luggage room can come in to the luggage room where your stuff is. Also, we had some issues where others were trying to get us to open the door for them or tried to follow us into the lobby.」

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.」

「Sehr, sehr schön.」

「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」
