「clean room and helpful staff」

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. 「Easy check in friendly staff . Great location clean room.」

「Okay」

「The motel owner only let me charge my EV for 2 hours, which is unreasonable.」

「Everything was decent until we found roaches in our room. When notifying the front desk, they just looked down at the ground and gave us a copy of the receipt . Fred that works in the office.,Checking people in was very nice and helpful. He got us clean linen and was very kind. Breakfast was continental. Nothing special. The rest of the staff was friendly until we told him about the roaches . Spend a little extra if you want to have a cleaner room. $236 for one nightstay is a bit pricey to...

「It was a great stay clean room staff great experience was overall great」

「Very clean. Will always stay here from this trip forward.」

「Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. I didn’t like that at all.」

「The rooms stunk sooo bad, that I couldn't stay. The smell was horrible. I sprayed Lysol and wiped everything down. I left and lowered the temperature. I returned several hours later, the same. So I just left and drove back home to Houston. The rooms are clean. But the smell of mold, rotten eggs and mildew was unbearable. So I really didn't get a chance to experience the amenities. I stayed in the room probably a total of 20 minutes」
