「Everything was decent until we found roaches in our room. When notifying the front desk, they just looked down at the ground and gave us a copy of the receipt . Fred that works in the office.,Checking people in was very nice and helpful. He got us clean linen and was very kind. Breakfast was continental. Nothing special. The rest of the staff was friendly until we told him about the roaches . Spend a little extra if you want to have a cleaner room. $236 for one nightstay is a bit pricey to...

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually...

「Okay」

「El baño estaba sucio y la tina y el toilet tenían moho y cucarachas. Ese hotel lo agarré porque en mi casa tuvimos un problema eléctrico, fue por necesidad, estoy muy decepcionada.」

「The rooms stunk sooo bad, that I couldn't stay. The smell was horrible. I sprayed Lysol and wiped everything down. I left and lowered the temperature. I returned several hours later, the same. So I just left and drove back home to Houston. The rooms are clean. But the smell of mold, rotten eggs and mildew was unbearable. So I really didn't get a chance to experience the amenities. I stayed in the room probably a total of 20 minutes」

「clean room and helpful staff」

「The hotel is very quiet and easy to find. It's a bit far from the bustling streets, but the breakfast provided is excellent, and there's a convenient gym available. However, after I left my room early in the morning, the staff might have thought I had checked out. They cleaned the room and accidentally threw away my water bottle and hat. When I returned, I couldn't find them, which was a little upsetting.」

「Easy check in friendly staff . Great location clean room.」

「Everything was what it said it was. Will be back in December」

「Nice digs」

「Room was quite warm and musty, ac didn’t really cool it off much but enough to manage. Shower had black spots on walls」
