「Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect.
When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems.

「It was pretty nice, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times , I had an issue with the AC because when I woke up the floor was wet but as soon as I called in, they went in to check it out and cleaned it, let us know the issue and what not to do with the AC! It kind of smells like cigarettes outside , but overall , everything is nice . It’s pretty close to fast food places and the dollar tree. So whatever you need, it will be there !」
