The night desk staff/lady was not friendly and when I mentioned I would need to use the cruise parking the next morning and sign up for it she said to do it in the morning. When I went to the desk the next morning I was told I was to sign up last night and missed my shuttle to the cruise port. Luckily the shuttle driver showed up and took us last minute.

They should not advertise continental breakfast if they are not equipped to do it. They put out mini muffins and no coffee and said that was breakfast. The person on duty that morning was found sleeping in the chairs in the lobby when we came down. The beds were quite hard and my bathroom had dust bunnies behind the door and the vent in the bathroom was covered with dust. We didn't check in till at least 8 pm, so the bathroom should have had a bit more attention. I will say the a/c worked great in the room, glad we asked for an extra blanket.

The room and property is average, but if you are looking for a breakfast, which they advertise is included in the price, is terrible. The only items available for breakfast are coffee and mini muffins. That's all. Very disappointing. Also, they usually don't have staff at the front desk.

Not a safe location. Poorly kept property. Parking lot was dirty. Breakfast consisted of mini-muffins and black coffee (old). Very disappointed that Expedia would even include this in their available listing. Booked this because it was close to shop channel. It wasn’t cheap, but man that walked in off the street was given a $109 rate for the exact same room. I should have known better than to book a Sleep Inn
