「Desde el check-in y poder acceder a la habitación de la hora de llegada fue todo maravilloso. El trato exquisito del personal en recepción. Atentos en todo momento. Instalaciones y habitación inmejorable. Sin duda alguna mi referencia al volver a Santa Cruz」

「Fresh clean thoughtfully-designed rooms with a great shower, PROPER bath towels, some free drinks, air conditioning, comfortable beds - the room was great. Rooftop bar and pool were also lovely.」

「Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future 」

「Très bel hôtel en plein centre ville, proche de tout. Il dispose d'un parking, les places sont étroites donc il ne faut pas avoir peur des manœuvres. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, copieux et toujours rempli 」
