"First time in Chicago and probably saw just one member who was happy and making an effort to connect with the guests. Everyone else at the property appeared sad and not enthusiastic to see people staying at their property. This was even at the checkout time. No one asked for satisfaction. The property itself was really nice but some fixtures need upgrading. Loved the experience of staying at the property though. Great location. "

"A clean and comfortable hotel with an impressive breakfast buffet and fantastic service. The staff went above and beyond, including finding a power cord we needed for a health device in the middle of the night. The location is convenient to the bus and train system and close to many attractions and good restaurants. We had a great time and hope to stay here again."
