「We had a great stay」

「Our stay at the Hampton City Centre Dundee was wonderful. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and very helpful. Any requests we had were met with no hesitation- from baggage storage until we could check in, to storing our take away food containers until we were ready to eat. They provided us with information regarding tours and things to do and see during our stay. The room was excellent and well maintained. 「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「Stayed at The Station Hotel for 2 night's July, easy check in even after hours, room was big and clean albeit basic but had everything you would need, staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was amazing, dinner even better and very reasonable price wise, lovely bar and well stocked. Overall a very good stay would highly recommend a visit we will be back for sure. 」
