「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

We used the facilities at the hotel and were very pleased with the swimming pool, gym and the outside areas. We ate in the hotel on all five nights there and were pleased with the selection on the menu’s and the costs were in line to what we have paid in the locality. 」
