「The property was In a nice quiet location. Our room was spotless and nice decor. Tracy and Richard were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really nice and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tracy and Richard x」

「Everything was acceptable about the inside of property. Warm and cosy in a very wet February. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom to feel more private as blinds had gaps in and a hole where you could see through. No dish scrubber but a cloth. Outside paddock not accessible was the only downside. Dog needed a run. Close to many places so location ideal. We visited carw caslte tenby and saundersfoot. Close to owners property over looking so not...

「The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was part of a farm so there was an unpleasant smell of manure. The room was small and very hot. It would have been useful to have had a fan in the room.」

「Nothing but issues. No check-in info provided - had to call 10 times to finally get through to anyone to access my room. Issues with receipts, wrong info provided. Still awaiting refund for security deposit, nobody answers the phone! 」

They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. 「The setting is idyllic the facilities are very poor.No outside umbrellas to enjoy the view in the sun. No bar between 3pm and 5.30pm to access drinks of any kind. White wine at dinner served warm were told there was no chilled wines in the fridge. Evening menu is limited but we're still informed on the 2nd night that the first two options were Unavailable. There appears to be no managerial oversight」

「Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.」

「This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). We ended our lovely evening in the bar area which had a great atmosphere and...
