"The photos do not show this place as it is. The main issue is that the bed is in a loft space - up a very steep ladder - its claustrophobic and difficult to access if your knees and ankles are not 10 years old. "We stayed here for three nights (14-16 August). The standout feature was the politeness and friendliness of staff. They all seemed very pleased to help. The buffet breakfast was very nice too. However, it was quite disappointing that our room had an abundance of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, as did the bathroom. There were noticeable food crumbs and the previous guests’ old receipt on the carpet next to our bed. It was quite obvious that the room had been prepared in haste for us without much attention halving been paid to its cleanliness. It’s a shame as, otherwise, I would have rated this property much higher. I mentioned the above to hotel receptionist upon checkout and they seemed quite surprised. Apart from that, it’s a reasonable place to stay in Tenby."

"We had a great time. The pod was comfortable and clean. Great concept and made our first camping trip really memorable. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to meet anyone at the camp to provide information on how to use the sauna or for local advice. The info sheet was ok but not personalised enough. A short email or call when we arrived would have been welcome. Outdoor kitchen and bath were a welcome addition, although it wasn’t clear on the website. It was also very private which was nice. Unfortunately we found out the village shop opens occasionally, which was annoying as we would have brought more things with us if we had known. Still a very enjoyable time and lots of great memories."
