Great sea view as right on the esplanade. Very quite. Some issues with maintenance of the room, jets not working on jacuzzi bath, and silicone around bath was mouldy. Cold tap on sink moves when turned on. We asked for our tea and coffee tray to be replenished, but that didn't get done. So was a bit disappointing for the price.

It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse.

Cheap and cheerful is the best compliment I can give. Friendly front of house lady. The room and en-suite was clean. But in general, everything is just a bit tired. I would stay again for the price we paid. No car parking on site so we used the Five Arches car park which was £15 for 24hrs.
