「We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. Vier Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen eines angeblichen technischen Defekts zunächst in einer anderen Suite untergebracht würden und die Preisdifferenz erstattet bekämen.
