The hotel had plenty of amenities and the staff were very helpful and great. Especially Jimmy on reception and Cocca and Lorenzo on the entertainment. The food was plentiful and varied. However the tiles around the pool area and in the pool need attention. Also tea and coffee in the rooms with a kettle would be ideal. Otherwise a great holiday

We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return.

Nice hotel with huge pool area

Nice huge hotel with a nice view from Morro Jable Bay. A bit noisy as loads of activities on, so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to request a quieter room.

Lovely hotel - 100% would go back

Beautiful setting, pools gorgeous, clean comfortable rooms. Food excellent and friendly staff. Entertainers put a lot of effort into the entertainment they provide. Would definitely come back to this hotel in travelling to the south of Fuerteventura again.

Great location, beautiful grounds. Everything was very well maintained, food was excellent and the activities and games each day were so much fun! Shout out to Nestor who was one of the activity staff with great energy and helped make each game we played enjoyable and funny!

Great value!

I really liked the service at this hotel, the facilities including 3 pools, fitness activities, gym room, good sunbeds, the seaview and the breakfast. The dinner buffée was fine. The wifi was not reliable unfortunately, if that is very important for your stay.

Food was good. Hotel was good if you wanted a swimming pool holiday although the 2 pools and loungers would not be enough for all the guests. The beach is large and sandy but is a long walk down hill from the hotel, you can walk through the hotel down to the beach and then use an elevator into a partly abandoned shopping area passed a under road tunnel used by drug addicts with their discards, graffiti youre not welcome with finger.

Very comfortable hotel, close to beach. Nice view. Very kind and helpful stuff. Free parking outside, safe and plenty of. Paid parking available. Programm for kids and adults. The pool coctails are premixed, not too great, but there is enough to drink and eat all day long. Spa only for "all inclusive plus", which we did not know, we had only "All inclusive". Great possibilities for trips. Walking distance from shops and more shops and night life if needed. We would deffinitely return, family with 2 older teenagers

Feb 25 week away with friends

Lovely hotel. All areas very clean. Landscaping was great, lots of cacti. Massive choice of food for all meals although as others have said it is not very hot. There are microwaves dotted about so you can re-heat soup or porridge. The snack bar is good for lunch. We visited first week of February and found the pools a bit cool. Spa area is good and was very quiet. We paid 19 euros for 4 hours,no treatments. There is a lot of walking as the complex is very spread out, there are also lots of steps. We were in block 8, at the bottom of the property but closest to the gate. it's probably a very different 'vibe' in spring and summer, but was quiet when we were there, entertainment and bars all closed by 11.30pm. Entertainment a bit hit and miss. Check in was quite long even though we had completed a lot of it online prior to arrival. Reception staff were good with ordering taxis, sorting problems. Rooms were very clean, nice and big with sea view balconies. Showers/hot water excellent. There is a safe in the room (payable at reception) Pool towels require a 10 euro deposit per towel, the process is very long winded!. You pay cash at reception and get a plastic card, take the card to the towel man and get the towel. They are not exchanged everyday for clean/dry towels. When you leave, take the towel back to towel man, get your plastic card, take that and the paperwork (given to you originally at reception) back to reception and they give you the cash back.

This hotel is not 4*:not close to the beach, has awful food and drinks and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The family room is in desperate need of renovation since it's very old and outdated .Unfortunately,the cleaning was also extremely poorly done,with cockroaches near the bed and in one of the two bathrooms ,the doors were extremely unkept and the machine where we would insert our card was rusty.The food lacked variety,we almost ate the same thing every day and the drinks were cheap and diluted.
