"We enjoyed everything about our stay. Ocean view with a balcony. Room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come here again. "
"The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel.
It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times.
The entertainment staff are brilliant and the food was delicious "
"Lovely food, quite beautiful hotel, staff more than okay. We had all inclusive for a week and i genuinely recommend this to anyone. Not much to do around it apart from going to beaches, but such is the landscape of the island. For relaxing, soaking in the sun it's more than perfect."
"Hotel had only 25 to 30 guests out of a capacity of 200 plus. Potentially a lovely place- near good walks and beach, nice grounds and rooms and good gym. But.....
The spa which they are still advertising is unusuable
€26 to play tennis !!
The only vegetarian option at dinner, mushroom ravioli, contained meat !
No vegetarian option at all on 2nd night so we had to eat pasta and tomato sauce
Laura was the only saviour as she put on a yoga class and tried to enthuse the small number of guests....
"This is an amazing hotel, the service, the amenities, the food, everything was incredible.
The my Mo club was incredible and made my kids feel like at home."
"There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see.
Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs."

"Friendly staff, great dinner options . Alot of facilities around hotel . Near by beach and shopping area . Amazing view . Very satisfied with my stay with children. "
"Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "
"The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are tired and the common areas fairly spartan. The food was OK but simliar options at each lunch and evening. The All Inclusive did not include any spirits - it was another €18 per day extra for these "extras". The staff are pleasant but are required to multi task". ie work behind bar and clear tables in the dining room. Whilst acknowledging the hotel aims to achieve a low environmental impact the towels and sheets were worn, and the rooms were only cleaned on request.
I have stayed in the Loposan group hotels previously and enjoyed my stay. This hotel disappointed and does not merit a 4* rating"
