Journey from airport long and windy. Didn’t like the mix up at check in and being given the wrong room for first night. No children’s entertainment on Sunday. Nice pool, lots of sunbeds nice food. Beautiful beach.

Great hotel

Mandy on reception absolutely brilliantly helpful going above beyond and beyond when we had to return early for medical emergency! Hotel food has improved considerably Only minus were bed lights which are old … Overall a wonderful stay at fab hotel !

Overall everything was great. The hotel is a little bit old, maybe it would need some renovation. But, the staff is amazing, very kind, especially Maura at the reception. Thanks everything, we really enjoyed here.

A,week in the sun

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are tired and the common areas fairly spartan. The food was OK but simliar options at each lunch and evening. The All Inclusive did not include any spirits - it was another €18 per day extra for these "extras". The staff are pleasant but are required to multi task". ie work behind bar and clear tables in the dining room. Whilst acknowledging the hotel aims to achieve a low environmental impact the towels and sheets were worn, and the rooms were only cleaned on request. I have stayed in the Loposan group hotels previously and enjoyed my stay. This hotel disappointed and does not merit a 4* rating

Struttura datata e tenuta in pessime condizioni, poca manutenzionde degli esterni, interni e delle piscine. Mangiare non molto variato e di pessima qualità e pessima lavorazione, moto basilare. Intrattenimento molto limitato e basilare. Punto di forza la vicinanza alla spiaggia e a diversi negozietti. È una struttura che richiede qualche ritocco di design e qualche idea da parte di pesone giovani e vogliose.

Benvenuti in Germania. Tutti i servizi, i piatti, i negozi e i ristoranti sono pensati solo per ospiti tedeschi. Il personale parla benissimo tedesco e poco o nulla inglese. Bar e ristorante dell’albergo sono molto disorganizzati, spesso mancano piatti o cibi, spesso le stoviglie sono sporche, spesso mancano addirittura i tavoli. Il giardino è in stato molto decadente e la piscina pulita solo in periodo di altissima stagione. Camere datate ma confortevoli, personale delle pulizie molto attento e disponibile. Buoni i piatti etnici che vengono proposti periodicamente, ottima la posizione a due passi da negozi e mare. Peccato per la gestione.

Me gusto la cercania de todo y no me gusto nada el hotel, ni su socorrista que casi se me ahoga el niño y ni se inmutó, la comida fatal todos los dias lo mismo, la tv solo tiene 8 canales en español y 50 en ingles.... el aire acondiconado en la 3°planta de olvido de llegar y si sigo undo el hotel. Vamos que esto de 4 estrellas no TIENE NADA una y no mas santo tomas

Raggiunta la struttura, bellissima specialmente nella hall ed agevole l’accesso alla spiaggia meravigliosa e pulita. Mare strepitoso. Non presente come in Italia, la possibilità di abbinare il soggiorno in struttura ed il noleggio di ombrellone/sdraio in spiaggia. L’hotel su richiesta rilascia gratuitamente l’ombrellone da piazzare ovunque si voglia sull’enorme spiaggia. Veniamo alle pecche: scarsa l’organizzazione delle pulizie che venivano fatte a seconda di chi c’era di turno ma comunque in linea di massima non siamo MAI rimasti senza assistenza se loro andavano fuori orario e noi richiedevamo che venisse fatta. Forse buona la cucina internazionale… ma posso garantire solo quello che ho gustato, ovvero verdure, frutta e qualche pezzo di salmone crudo con limone, olio e pepe. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre generose. Di tanto in tanto le stoviglie non proprio pulite, basta controllarle e chiederne la sostituzione: lo staff è meraviglioso.

Kamers slechte staat voor 4 sterren. Ook wordt er slecht schoongemaakt tot niet.lakens bed worden niet vervangen door schone. Borden en servies vies tussen de schone borden.rauwe stukken kip tussen het voedsel. Dit hotel is zekers geen 4 sterren waard. Personeel behulpzaam .

Verglichen mit anderen Lopesan Hotels schwach.

Gute Lage! Essen mäßig. Speisesaal laut und ungemütlich. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet, aber ausreichend, Meerblick gegen Aufpreis an der Rezeption, allerdings mit wochenlangen Verhandlungen. Seltsames System bei der Zimmerreinigung ( 1 Premiumdrink bei Nichtnutzung des Zimmerservice, nicht rückwirkend erhältlich, Anmeldung für Zimmerservice muss schon am Vorabend erfolgen), Reinigung oberflächlich. Pooltücher kosten 5€, Tausch extra zu zahlen, Parkplatz €8 pro Tag. Liegen am Pool werden schon um 7 Uhr morgens von all den deutschen Senioren belegt, die etliche Wochen hier verbringen. Außer bei Pflege des Außenbereichs wird überall an Personal gespart.

Leider ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Pools okay und sauber. Zimmer sauber aber Renovierungsbedürftig. Essen war sehr schlecht. Und Geschirr sehr dreckig. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Todo incluido que no incluye nada decente, y me explico bebidas que no hay quien las beba si no coges el todo incluido premium, la comida mala repetitiva escasa y reciclada Las instalaciones simplemente correctas como dato positivo está muy cerquita de la playa este hotel Te cobran por todo por las toallas cinco euros cuando las quieras cambiar cada vez un euro, por la caja fuerte 2.5 euros día, Si quieres comer el día que te vas después de las 12 p.m 22 euros pagas. Por norma general faltan tazas en los en el bar de la terrazas y vasos, en el comedor pasa lo mismo escasez encubiertos vasos y platos horrible Y una de las cosas que peor me sienta cuando voy a una isla de vacaciones es que te exijan poner pantalones largos a los hombres a la hora de la cena que casi no pasa en ningún hotel pero esta es una de las excepciones sin embargo las mujeres les permiten lo que quieran cualquier cosa sin ir más lejos ayer había una mujer cenando en pantalón corto de tenis una clara discriminación a favor de las mujeres a finales de 2023 aunque sea increíble pasa, y el hotel se pasa la ley de igualdad por .... Hormigas en toda la habitación.

Buena relación calidad - precio. El buffet tiene productos de calidad y hay variedad suficiente. La habitación estaba limpia y bien mantenida. La zona de piscina bien cuidada. Y lo mejor, a un paso de la playa!!!!
