「Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!」

「We had a nice basic room with Mountain View.The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items.The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us .It is a large basic hotel good value for what we paid.」

「Had a fabulous stay at Club Del Carmen. Rooms were clean comfortable and well apportioned. The pool area and lounges are clean and very well managed and controlled. The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the beautiful Villa Estrella Polar. It is clean, quiet and in a fantastic location to explore the island. The pool was lovely. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not order it. However it sounds delicious. You will enjoy chatting with the owners. They have an inspiring story to tell. I highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise. 」

「Hotel was nice , in nice area Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. 」

「Very friendly welcome and assistance from the concierge. The room was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had many options including a few for vegans, with a lovely view over the sea. 」

「It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit...

「Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur top!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. 」
