「Destacamos sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal y la cantidad y variedad de comida. Hemos tenido la mala suerte de que hubiese obras justo al lado pero obviamente esto no es responsabilidad del hotel. Destacar también que las actividades estaban más orientadas al público de habla inglesa y alemana. Por lo demás, una estancia recomendable.」

「Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und das Personal freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch die Getränke waren gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – wirklich traumhaft. Was jedoch mehr als negativ aufgefallen ist: Während unseres Aufenthalts im April wurde eine Bar renoviert (die Arbeiten dauern wohl noch bis Mitte/Ende Juni 2026 an). Darüber wurden wir weder vom Hotel noch von Expedia informiert. Der Lärm am Pool sowie im gesamten Außenbereich war extrem...

「Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would 」

「Ich gebe dem Hotel eine 10 von 10. Es war einfach großartig: Das Zimmer war makellos, das gesamte Hotel sehr gepflegt, und die Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Ruth – sie hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ich kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!」

「Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. 」

「Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt viele Angebote vom Hotel aus. Zwei große Außenpools (der untere ist sogar beheizt). Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar wirkt sehr unmotiviert und nicht professionell. Man füllt sich nicht willkommen, sondern bekommt das Gefühl, dass man stört. Die Kommunikation ist ziemlich schwer, das viele Angestellte nur ihre Landessprache verstehen und kein Spanisch oder Englisch.」

「Great location. Lovely pool and deck areas. (Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service for all but 2 days of our stay). Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, but quite a lot of noise from the bars in Cosmo Centre opposite at the weekends (until the early hours of the following day).fyi: We were on floor 2. The private balconies are spacious and furnished with chairs and a table big enough for al fresco dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Lounge ares was comfy with flat...

「Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind super und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Wir waren im April dort und tagsüber waren die Liegen am Pool alle belegt. Das ist in der Hauptsaison sicher noch schlimmer. Dafür ist der Strand umso schöner, an den wir ausgewichen sind.」

「Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Animationsprogrammen auf dem großen Gelände. Die 3 Pools waren etwas kalt, der Zugang zum Meer durch eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich jedoch ständig mediterran gewürzt. Die All-Inclusive-Getränke waren vielfältig und frisch. Die Öffnungszeiten der Handtuchstation könnten erweitert werden.」

「Albergo molto grande, abbastanza dispersivo. Mi è piaciuto. Si vede che è datato, ma è molto pulito. Ho mangiato bene colazione e cena. Parcheggio, non pagare quello interno (6 euro al giorno). Fuori c'è posto gratis. Passiamo alle note negative. Wifi completamente inutile. Non funziona, inutile scrivere che c'è, non c'è. Cassetta di sicurezza a pagamento...scelta discutibile. 」
