"I travel a substantial amount and this trip was life changing! First, our local host, Karla was absolutely amazing! The daytime bar server (sorry I can't remember her name-beautiful lady, reddish lipstick) remembered I liked my marg's a little sweet. Karla made our dinner reservations, checked on us daily, followed up with how everything was. She even had me send her a picture of where we were sitting at the pool so she could bring us our pool inflatables! I could go on and on about the pampering and amazing service. We would go back for Karla!! Everyone was so friendly and appreciative! We ordered 2pm drinks to the room for my dad who stays in, to read, everyday, they showed up on time to add to his enjoyment. We had one room with the swim up pool, the servers even brought us drinks to our pool! The spa...perfect. Great massage, hydration therapy, all personalized and felt they tried to make sure you understood what to do and guide you along the way. So much so, we went back a 2nd time. All dinners were great too. Our favorite experience was the Asian, due to the family style of serving our party of 5. We got to try new things and decide which we wanted more of. Great drinks, great food, and unparalleled service! Unico sets the bar higher than 5 stars! You got to where you were afraid to ask, because the staff or Karla would bend over backwards to make sure you got it. We also loved the 6pm daily Artisan craft. This was the best experience EVER!"
