"This was our first time at the TRS adult only resort and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing and helpful not to mention friendly. We stayed in the Romance Bungalows which were each separate buildings with their own entrance, patio overlooking the canal. We had our own lounge chair and hammock and a canoe. The outdoor shower was an amenity I’d never experienced before so that was really cool. We had room service every day with a butler at our access anytime we needed something. We even had turn down service for our bed. We became very spoiled after 10 days. The butler service helped make our dinner reservations so we didn’t have to call each restaurant ourselves. The choice of restaurants was vast and delicious. The Chic Cabaret show and the Bravo show were so fun and entertaining. The room service was impeccable and came within an hour of ordering it. There were plenty of pools to choose from. We even found the secret pool. There were flamingos, iguanas, fish, lizards, raccoons, coati’s and even spider monkeys. The property is huge with their four different hotels but the electric golf carts to get us around made it simple and handy when we didn’t want to walk in the heat. This entire property was so beautiful and the view of the ocean from the infinity pool was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place and we will be visiting it again in the future."
