"I had an amazing stay and would recommend this resort to anyone! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained with gorgeous greenery. My favorite restaurants were Bazaar and Carnal. Although the main beach was closed because of seaweed, we found a swimmable beach by walking left toward the spa.
The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Before we even arrived, Victor from Guest Services was incredibly responsive, patiently answered all of my questions through the app, and even checked in on us during our stay.
Brandon made check-in quick and welcoming, explaining everything clearly and greeting us with welcome drinks.
Our personal concierge, Alfred, was exceptional. He booked our restaurant reservations, checked in with us daily, gave wake-up calls, and always made us feel genuinely cared for.
Jharys, our building concierge, made luggage pickup and drop-off effortless and even arranged a complimentary spa visit that was perfect after a few sunburns.
At the spa, Gerrado made our hydrotherapy experience relaxing and fun by explaining every step and ending with a refreshing facial.
Finally, a huge thank you to Mervin and Saulo for their outstanding service at dinner. They were attentive, kept our drinks full, surprised us with complimentary champagne and chocolates, and made every meal memorable.
