"Wonderful vacation. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size. Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception. The property is beautiful. Food and entertainment were lovely. Thank you!"

"What a little gem of a hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments, really comfortable and well maintained. We all really enjoyed it, a perfect mix of chill and local trips. It was useful having our own car due to it being 10 minutes from Tulum. If you go to Tulum, make sure you get down to the peninsula rather than sticking to the Main Street which was a bit limited. The Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach was frustrating and the hotel did what they could to deal with it but worth considering the impact if you’re looking for a beach holiday as the seaweed invasion in July makes the beach/sea hard to use. "
