「Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. It’s an excellent choice especially for families with children, it’s amazing place to enjoy calm surroundings from the crowded Marrakesh. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again.」

「The staff was friendly. However, management took advantage of us. We were charged 10x the normal rate for certain services (for which we did not get the price for until after our stay). When I raised concern about this the owner threatened us and wouldn’t allow us to leave until we paid what they asked for. Horrible experience, would not recommend.」

Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」
