「Riad Kaiss not only defines the excellence in boutique hotel, but also makes us to respect the Moroccan's authentic hospitality, thanks to the warmth from all details in services, and the friendliness at each encounter with hotel staff. For all the Riad Kaiss staff who had helped us in any occasion, and who had put his/her efforts to maintain this 5 starts boutique Riad together, they are the symbol of Moroccan pride and hospitality. Thank you Riad Kaiss and Staff Team, you made us to fall...

「This beautiful boutique hotel provides a quiet respite from the chaos of the medina. The rooms are very well appointed and the rooftop restaurant is superb. What makes this an exceptional property is the kind and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Riad Flam & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and felt right at home. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone...

「Our family of 4 were met by Fatima and a glass of mint tea, after our luggage was collected from the parking spot at the end of rue bahia, and we were accompanied down the alleyways to the riad. Fatima was patient in giving us wifi password, pointing out nearby sights of interest and explaining how to fill out our arrivals cards. Our suitcases were taken to our rooms. Throughout our stay, Mohammed and Usama who were often around for breakfast and lunch were only too happy to answer...

「The location was just a short 2-minute walk from the parking lot, making drop-off and pick-up very convenient while still being nestled in the heart of the Medina. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which adds to the charm. The two concierges were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I was impressed by the owner’s responsiveness from the beginning; and they replied to my text at 5am, with immediate care! The place truly is a havre de paix—a peaceful haven. Breakfast...

「Mohammed and Fatima were lovely, helpful people and happy to help with any queries. The Riad was clean and very central.」
