「Nous y avons passé 6 nuits et avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, le calme et l’ambiance générale de la résidence. Villa avec 3 chambres. L’endroit est agréable, bien entretenu et parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille. La résidence permet de se reposer au calme tout en restant à une distance raisonnable des principaux points d’intérêt de Marrakech en voiture. Médina a 20 minutes max. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité de l’équipe sur place.」

「The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Affordable, new, clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. The rooftop terrace and pool are superb and a nice break from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and we even got a free upgrade for the room. We stayed for 2 different nights before days with a lot of transportation, and the calm allowed us to reset before leaving. It’s a bit further from the Medina by taxi, but all the advantages make it worth the while.」

The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!」

「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」
