「Room was ok, bed was uncomfortable and the food wasn’t great」

「Cleaner was amazing as were the lady's in the spa and at reception Other waiters and bar staff gave excuses that weren't true we were told many different reasons for the a la cart restaurant being closed the whole time we were there and the food in the main was not the best check meat is cooked through animation staff great and really nice pool always got a sun bed」

「Kinder staff and cleaner places」

「No iron the toilet had wee stains and the room was very dirty. 」

「The hotel is beautiful unfortunately it’s not well maintained. The original room I was given had a horrible odor, then I was moved to another room where the shower did not work and the bathroom looked like it was filled with mold. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.」

「Merci」

「Way to noisy couldn’t sleep till 5am 😩😩😩woke up exhausted tired, beds are outdated, won’t go back again !」

「We had a really good stay in this Riad. We booket last minute. But they made sure we’d get picked up at the airport and was ready to meet us when we got to the the medina. We loved our stay, the service is really good. Always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was really lovely op on the rooftop. The Riad is very beautiful and authentic, lovely rooms. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you so much.」
