「The room we had was impressive. However, I was slightly disappointed upon arrival as the bedspread had red marks and stains and a few holes. The rest of the room was clean though. Ashraf was an excellent member of staff who went above and beyond. One staff member, Naimah, on our last day was quite abrupt and gave conflicting check-out information to the other staff.
