"Enjoyed staying in the beautiful Riad, my only complaint would be that we were left with no towels for two days of our stay. Had requested upon stepping out and when we got back in, there were still no towels not sure why cleaning staff removed the towels and not replaced them. Unfortunately this was upsetting because given the heat, the sweating wanting to freshen up just caused delays, getting short in time and having booked activities to get to.
Otherwise, this riad is beautiful. Staff overall is great and it is in a great location."

Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English.
But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests.
Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after.
So we’re just someone to fill the room.
I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing.

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay.
In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies.
There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better.
Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants.
