「We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...

We checked in really late and they were very kind to be available for us, and they also communicated with me very well through WhatsApp. We had an early morning so we couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 9am and we left before that time.」
