Location is super, inside the Medina but far enough from noise. The hotel staff were extremely professional, caring and polite and did everything possible to make our stay very pleasant. Very friendly staff all speak excellent English and helpful. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. In site restaurant very good. Perfect combination of quiet yet close to the new part of city and old town Medina. Lots of restaurant and cafes all walking distance. AC goes off periodically on a schedule so you have to power off and on to turn it on.
