Marrakech stay

The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice. Highly recommended to spend the stay in this hotel

An interesting simple hotel - on the positives I liked the juice machine in the lobby and the entrance had a fun vibe, check-in was easy. The room needs to be repainted, and there were three dirty footprints in my shower. There was a good amount of noise from the street and the interior corridors. Room was average size only, and just an okay value.

Loved our stay here. Really welcoming and hospitable staff, clean facilities with the hotel being located in a safe and vibrant area. Only downside is there’s no pool and so nowhere to relax when you’re at the hotel nevertheless would heavily this place.

Ratings for this place are too high on Expedia. It’s at best a 2-3 star hotel. Newer construction but service is hit or miss. No option or desire to accommodate for early check in even after I was willing to pay extra. When I asked the lady was rude about it. She was walking around with a smug look on her face while I was waiting for 2 hours exhausted after overnight travel. No courtesy or empathy. Btw the place only has 24 rooms. Lobby is small and cramped barely 4 people can sit there. Rooms are also very small. No restaurant or breakfast. Good thing I stayed only for two nights. Overall the place is not bad if you want to stay close to the train station but much better options are available at this price point.

Hotel was great, but quite noisy at night until midnight. Staff were good, but there is no dining at all - but that is fine, as there are loads of places within 2-20 minutes walk. It's downtown, so great for shopping.
