「Customer service is five star very willing to help but not pushy on any sales. The accommodation was always clean in and around communal areas and the food was top quality.. we also fell in love with the spa area and shopping in the hotel was more than enough to give gifts back home」

「Really nice private pool area. Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush. One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool. 「En skøn oase med venlig service og dejlig morgenmad Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at bo på Riad Kech Soul, og det var en virkelig dejlig oplevelse fra start til slut. 「**Terrible Stay - AVOID This Hotel** The location is a bit out of the city center, which we were aware of before booking. Parking in front of the hotel is convenient, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The cleanliness was appalling - stained bed linens and only a rag in the bathroom to dry our feet.
