Rooms were clean , neat and big. Ours was pool facing so good view. I know not many of these have pool facing. Hotel staff was cordial. Food was great . Best part was pools were beautiful and well maintained. Aqua park for kids was the highlight of the trip. Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look.

Traveled with 2 children and the water park was a significant factor in selecting the property. Overall the common areas are well done and nice - the rooms are old and dated. Food was basic and not the greatest. Selection of drinks were also not great. The mocktails were essentially the same with a different colour syrup. Alcohol was very low quality.
If you are not looking for food, drink, or are ok with putting up with very old rooms, then book this resort.
Staff were great.
We stayed at the Delta Marriott and overall it was an okay stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, although service around the pool could be quite slow and we often had to wait or ask to order drinks.
The hotel was extremely busy during our stay and it was very difficult to get a sunbed. The grounds themselves are really pretty and well maintained, but the water park definitely needs some updating as it looks quite tired and dated in places.
Our room was fine and comfortable enough, but we didn’t have a balcony and found the room quite dark because of this.
Breakfast was probably the most unusual part! There were some of the usual breakfast choices, but also things like mashed potato and pasta being served in the morning, which we weren’t expecting 😂. There was plenty of choice though.
Overall, it was fine for a few nights, particularly with children because of the water park, but I wouldn’t describe it as a luxury 5-star experience.
We recently stayed at this resort on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of our expectations for a 5-star property.
The food was average, with limited variety, and we found ourselves seeing almost the same options throughout our stay. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much better selection and overall dining experience.
The rooms were reasonably comfortable but nothing particularly special. Even basic things like having enough towels were an issue, and we had to contact housekeeping several times to get additional towels.
On a positive note, some of the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which we appreciated.
Overall, while the resort has some positives, I wouldn’t consider it a true 5-star experience. There is definitely room for improvement, particularly in food quality, variety and housekeeping service.
My advice to anyone considering staying here is not to rely solely on the Marriott brand name or the 5-star rating. The actual experience may not live up to the expectations that come with them.
The entire experience was amazing from check in to check out, we could not have been looked after any better. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was clean and maintained brilliantly. Everyday there was new foods to try and we did not have a single meal we did not enjoy. Would highly recommend and are already looking at dates to go back next year.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish.
Top-notch service and hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel, 11/10. Really enjoyed our stay, super friendly staff, incredible room and beautiful hotel.
Amazing place to stay, this place has a lot to offer, very comfortable rooms, food was amazing and staff, they are most efficient I've ever seen specially Ismail, Idrees and Asma were absolutely brilliant, I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Had a pleasant stay in this nice property. Staff are so warm and welcoming! Nice food at the restaurant and alls great value for money.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, the pools were amazing and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant
A lovely short break at the Eden Andalou Hotel - staff very friendly and always greeted by a smile - special call outs for bar staff Ali and James and entertainment Pidro, so much fun
Accommodation and pool areas very clean
Food was a mix of traditional Moroccan as well as salads, pasta, etc
Hotel is about a 20 mins ride away from Marrakesh where the hotel offers a free shuttle
Overall would recommend
We had a very good time and the hotel is family friendly. The staff cannot fo enough for you. The acitivies were very good too.
The only downfall is the food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was more or less the same thing everyday
The staff and food were the two things that really impressed us during our stay. We felt well pampered and looked after. The staff were also fantastic with our child. Having a heated pool and access to the water park was a great treat. The pool might be the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever used. The shuttle into old town was also a nice feature. A fantastic place to rest and relax!
The Hotel staff on the front desk were rude and behaving very suspiciously regarding a booking which was allegedly erroneous on the Expedia bookings page. When I asked for the prints outs I was told I can’t get these as it mentions profits/commission details between them and Expedia.
The food and drinks at the all inclusive Restaurant was average at best.
General cleanliness was good and the waiters were polite despite take sometime in getting back with the item asked by the customer.
The bar drinks had lots of wasps diving in and I witnessed the staff member take it out with his finger and handed the drink over, thankfully it was not for me! I would not recommend it to anyone! Total waste of money and time!
I am surprised Delta Marriott has attached their name to this hotel.
