pleasant hotel for a young family

Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms, however ac was not too good so luckily it wasn't too hot when we went. Breakfast was amazing and nice clean swimming pools. Would consider staying here again.

Temps ensoleillé sur l ensemble du séjour. Hôtel un peu bruyant cause travaux en ce moment. Sinon je conseille cet hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Super petit déjeuner avec croissants, pains chocolat à la française, et petit déjeuner déjeuner déjeuner à la marocaine avec des crêpes etc... l hôtel est à la20 mn à pieds de la place jemaa elle fna. Je recommande cet hôtel.

séjour à oublier

A part le petit déjeuner qui était copieux (mais il faut surtout pas commander plus que 2 crêpes marocaines, sinon vous risquez d'être engouler pas la cuisinière), l'hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux étoiles données, vue l'état de la chambre et la propreté des lieux surtout la salle de bain (vieux carrelage, douchette défectueuse...). Il faut s'attendre aussi à un check-in à partir de 15h30 et pas à 14h00 comme mentionné sur le site, mais il faut libérer la chambre le plus vite possible sinon vous risquer d'être déranger.

Fantastic hotel for all the family

I spent a week at this hotel with my wife and 8 year old son. There is a huge pool and two other smaller ones which kept my son happy and occupied much of the time. The rooms are large with two double beds, fridge, flat screen TV and bathroom. Breakfast was good with a broad selection of food available. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family. Good location, easy to get a taxi into the medina or walk it in around 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the time of year it may be too hot to walk it).

Très décevant...

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant... Chambres à rénover de toute urgence... Frigo ne marche pas, ampoules grillées, plomberie défaillante (Douche, WC...). Petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries et pain racis. C'est dommage car il est très bien situé... Je l'avais testé hors saison et c'était pas mal. Mais en Août à éviter !!!

Review- Aug 2012

The swimming pool was great (although no life guard) and really the best thing about the hotel. Also, the proximity to the airport and the centre of town were also a bonus. However on the negative side, I found the drinks and food in the hotel expensive (a can of coke was 25DH - normally 10 to 15DH elsewhere) and the food not to be great. Most people ate outside but I found this hard to co-ordinate with 2 young kids. The staff were badly organized and not too friendly. The service wasnt great. There was no animation in the evening for the kids which was a shame. Most of all, I was totally annoyed with the hotel charging us 300DH for "losing" 2 towels which we said we had taken. We had not taken them and I felt we werent the first ones to have encountered this problem. I wouldnt go back.

Good value hotel for families and groups, great swimming pool and many restaurants/bars around it. Good buffet breakfast. Very convenient from the airport, but far from the medina/city center (you need a taxi ride).

VI HADE ETT PRISERBJUDANDE SOM VI FÖLL FÖR

För det priset är vi jättenöjda, då vi även hade halvpension, som innebar en buffé på kvällen med blandade marockanska rätter.Vi var tre st på ett rum och hade tre st 1,40 cm breda sängar, stora rymliga rum.Jag vill dock varna för SPA, vi gjorde manikyr och pedikyr, då vitrodde vi va utsatta för dolda kameran, helt oproffsiga, så lägg dom pengarna på nåt annat , de använder smutsiga verktyg å har inga stolar eller nåt annat som de borde, nagellacket föll av fingrana som små plastbitar bara några timmar senare.Men i det stora hela helt ok.Kan oxå nämna att icheckningen tog 2 timmar och de var kaos vid incheckningdsdisken. men till de priset skulle jag bo där igen, de tog 15 min att promenera till Djema el fna . torget .

nous avons passé deux nuits a albatros garden et cetait tres suffisant !!!!!!!! a notre arrivé dans la chambre , chasse deau qui fuit, la tele ne fonctionne pas, le coffre indisponible...... plusieurs techniciens sont alors venu dans notre chambre , le coffre marche , mais pas la tele , ni la chasse d'eau. nous avons alors demandé a changer de chambre , mais meme probleme pour la télé , enfin bref .... assez decu par cet hotel

hotel tres agreable pour passer de bonnes vacances

hotel confortable, pas trop loin de la medina( 30 minutes à pieds), piscine tres grande avec transat gratuit, plusieurs restaurant dans l'hotel, avec tout type de tarif (possibilité de manger pour 20E pour famille de 4 personnes), personnel agréable, propreté ras... je le recommande et recommande marrakech comme destinaton

Noice from adjoining rooms, the bathroom was not particularly clean, the beds were clean though, would not recommend the restaurant of the hotel at all (a trap), however there are few alternatives to eat but there. Swimming pool was OK. Ladies at reception start to check you in and then continue with other people, also the ordered taxi early in the morning did not arrive, we had to order another one. Wake up call was OK. Would not stay there again.

アルバトロスガーデン～値段相応と言ったところ。☆4つに相応しいホテルと言え、 英語も当然Ok, ネットが不安定なのが問題点でした。 駅から一本道。旧ミラージュホテルなのか、地図上にはミラージュホテルと 記されてあることが多いです。
