I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."
