「I was a very unpleasant stay due to several factors: - the food was tasteless and limited to no refill. Unclean restaurant and no hygiene. You have to come first otherwise there is nothing left - half of the slide of the aqua park were closed. When asked about the situation you can different answers from different staff members - the restaurant and hotel staff are very unfriendly and they don’t care about your experience Two positive points: - nice warmed pool - friendly entertainment crew」

「As a couple, we stayed at the lovely beautiful venue and booked the sidius suite which is their best one. Everything was lovely however, there was no hot water in the bathroom but other than that it was good. There could be more selection for dinner but breakfast was good. My partner was not an animal fan so if you don’t like cats and dogs, then this maybe an issue for you as the owners have a few pets but was not an issue. 「9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). 「Mohammed is a super kind host! He was super communicative & helpful. We needed a taxi for our 4:30am flight and he coordinated a taxi to arrive early! The place was a little tricky for our initial driver to find, but it’s very nice & spacious. Definitely worth booking! 」
