「The staff were amazing, so attentive, and always ready to help. The villa was breathtaking, so clean and exactly as pictured. Loved the private pool as well. Everything was perfect! 」

「Maison d'hôtes très agréable, agréable pour se reposer et se détendre en famille entre amis ou en couple. On s'y sent bien dès le 1er jour.. Si on ne prend pas la formule pension complète ou demi pension le prix des repas à la carte sont relativement excessifs ... Le seul point négatif c'est la localisation.. Assez loin de marrakech et pour y avoir accès on doit emprunter des km de chemins en terre.. Toutefois, je recommande vivement cet endroit.. Mohammed37」

「We love this hotel. Rooms are huge. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is very pretty and peaceful. Only 10 mins from the center. Great taxi service available. And you don’t want to drive yourself into the center if you can avoid it.」

「Room was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful apartments, staff was courteous but a few things were broken like toilet seat in one bathroom, no essential supplies initially however staff facilitated some later. Also hot water stopped working for a day. Water from showers spill out as there are no curtains, but staff are very good at addressing every issue and trying to fix them. 」

「9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). 「Never again will I set foot in this hotel! The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack. 「Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. 」

「We had a very beautifull room, but the bed was missing a top madras, so it was very hard - my husband had to sleep on the couch. It is a lovely place in the middle of nowhere, so you need to either bring everything you need or pay a very, very high price. We asked for some humus and bread upon arrival as a snack, (I am pregnant, we just missed lunch and there are nowhere to go) and got four toasts for the insane amount of 30 euro.
