"At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless."

A very special thank you to the manager, Ibtissame Mahir. She was exceptional — kind, professional, and always attentive. She made sure my wife, my children, and I had everything we needed. "Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."

"Everything, the stuff are very loud I couldn’t sleep, and they add fake charges , I can’t believe they asked me to pay 30$ an hour for the pool, it should be included . Not to mention the breakfast is terrible "
