We didn’t know quite what to expect having never stayed in a Riad hotel before. However the room was functional and had all we needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful and very approachable. Never got to use the pool due to the weather but ate in the restaurant which was good food a at a good price. All in all very happy with our stay.

The staff were very friendly. Absolutely beautiful hotel but slightly damp bathrooms (we had two separate rooms with a bathroom each - both damp). Fabulous breakfast. Very local position - we could walk everywhere in Marrakech. Great hotel

Excelente ubicacion. Con un buen desayuno incluido. El Riad es espectacular aunque los cuartos son muy pequeños y un poco incomodo el baño no se necesita mas. Sobre todo la ubicacion inmejorable y las instalaciones.

We left to the airport early in morning at 6am and they give us the worst breakfast ever, I can’t believe it , it’s the worst stay I ever stay in Morocco, we left the 4 umbrellas and no one contacted us , bad management

I’m currently writing this taking care of my partner who is sick as can be because we were bitten up by bed bugs. We took photos and showed the staff and they took their own photos. Tried waiting for a manager but the two times they said they would be there the staff would go “oh no they’ll be here at this time” which would be in hour increments. We booked a flight to leave that day losing out on our last two nights. Severely disappointed and waiting on any refund status

Das Riad war sehr sauber. Das Putzpersonal hat täglich geputzt, Handtücher getauscht, etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend (verschiedenes Obst, warme Mahlzeiten, frisches Omelette, verschiedene Brötchen, Croissants, Waffeln, Pancakes…) Süße Katzen zum Streicheln gab es auch. Wir würden das Riad jedem weiterempfehlen! Super Lage in mitten der Souks und kurzer Gehweg zum Hauptplatz, Bahia Palast und El Badi Palast. Das Personal empfiehlt auch kostengünstige und qualitativ gute Restaurants/Bars/Rooftops - alles top!! (5 Mädels, Aufenthalt 1 Woche)

L’hôtel est sympa mais la chambre était très minimaliste : pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de mini-frigo et l’eau en bouteille était payante. La porte de la chambre était mal ajustée, laissant passer la lumière et les bruits extérieurs, ce qui réduisait l’intimité. La chambre n’était pas très propre et mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Very attentive staff, from check-in, and at all times of the day that we were at the hotel! Delicious breakfast, especially the freshly made egg omelette! Lots of places to relax - it was very peaceful considering the Riads location to the square!
