The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested.」

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「This is our 4th time staying here and most likely our last. We chose to pay for the included breakfast only this time, as opposed to all-inclusive. The breakfast food was not good. It used to be amazing. It used to be our favorite meal. Now the food is bland and the few choices of meat options were really bad quality cuts. We had breakfast 3 times there and only one time were we approached by a server for our needs (gracias Enrique). We noticed that the servers mostly approached paying...
