「Enjoyed!」

「The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!」

「The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.」

I finally went to the staff and had to tell them about the dog barking in the room. The couch had black marks on it (unknown from what. Went to get the breakfast with family. They stated I need a piece of paper that I should have gotten when i checked in. I told them I did not get one when I check in. They told me to go stand in line up from and get tickets...

「As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. Clerk was very nice and had the music stopped quickly. They do offer some staples for breakfast, but I wouldn't count on it being fulfilling. GREAT Mexican restaurant down the road, next to a...

「This was our first stay at Avista resort. We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. The resort was very clean and our room was top notch. The staff from office to the maids to people who helped with the luggage was top notch. We will definitely be staying at Avista resort again probably in September. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle beach.」

「Great Property and still one of the best resort options on Myrtle Beach! Another food option like a short order grille by the pool serving delicious fresh grilled burgers and dogs with fries would be spot on... particularly since the kitchen can get backed up around lunch time. The main bar could use an upgrade... look and feel is a bit dated.」
