「Friendly helpful staff. Good size room and clean. TV didn't work, it kept losing its signal and the toilet was hard to flush.」

「Was upgraded to sea view room with lovely view. Bathrooom needs a refresh as does hotel generally especially restaurant area, big room with no character. Staff were polite. Bar area okay but not sure staff have been trained very well, gin and tonic in white wine glass. Restaurant food was very average and starters were awful. Very expensive wine list.」

「Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.」

「The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend」

「Lovely location and good size room」

「We booked 3 nights at the Pegwell and I would say it’s the best hotel in Ramsgate. From getting a nice early check in, to the delicious breakfast every thing was spot on. The walk into Ramsgate is around 40 minutes and is lovely, we found the location perfect, and very quiet. Highly recommend the hotel and Ramsgate for a weekend break.」
