「Loved everything about it. Room was clean and spacious. Bars, pool and restaurant where excellent」

「We absolutely loved the resort! Everything was super clean. The food was amazing and we cannot wait to go back again soon.」

「Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor」

「地点距离我的会议中心有点远，打车很不方便，员工没有很友善」

「We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves. This was both of our first stays at an all inclusive resort and we liked how easy it was. The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is...

「Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room」

「This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place - But 3 things that we did not like A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean...

「Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good location for Costco, Walmart/Soryiana shopping.」

「I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.」

「Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay.」

「Better to allow uber car in to the lobby aera」

「I have few negative comments: the bathroom could use a little love. The sink barely drained and the tub faucet was completely loose. Those are simple fixes that I have no doubt the maintenance staff will address promptly. Those “complaints” aside, our trip was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful and so well cared for. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is great and the dining venues are great (especially Bella California where you get...

「泳池很不错，孩子们玩得很开心」

「MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and...

「Property has become a little run down. Food was still good and service was decent. Staff generally helpful.」
