Great views, beautiful hotel, and everything is very easy to walk too - much smaller than their other properties (and that is a good thing). Food was high quality. Do recommend booking the Quivira Steakhouse one night (it's at the golf course - short 10 min property shuttle ride from the resort). It was amazing!!!!

A very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommend Peninsula Restaurant on site. In daytime the swimming pool area can be loud due to loud music play. At night is very quiet and serene. Will go back!

Amazing service. Alan and Isra from the butler service were each friendly and very helpful. Florinda , waitress at Siempre was fun and on the spot with her service. Francisco, waiter at Quivira Steakhouse made that evening a memorable dining experience. Overall the staff was wonderful, the facilities were beautiful. I look forward to returning!

Our favorite Resort in Cabo

We first visited the Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in August 2022 and rebooked while at the airport to go home. August was too hot and humid. We booked for February to swim with the Whale Sharks but something came up at home and we rebooked for June. The weather was wonderful! Not too Hot and no real humidity. The resort is tops. All the employees make you feel welcome!! A great level of service! The food is outstanding! The highlight of the trip were the special cocktails created for us at the Quivira Bar by the Euphemio!! We HIGHLY recommend!!!

Beautiful property with amazing staff and food. It’s very tranquil with a subtle energy and there are a few fun activities offered during the day like pool volleyball, dance lessons, card games but mostly you’d come here for some R&R with a loved one. We stayed in the Towers and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever like sleeping on clouds, the rooms are on the smaller side but enough space for a 4 day trip. Our butlers were super nice and helpful though we really only used their services on day 1. The biggest letdown was the spa of you can even call it that. First of all, it’s hard to find, hidden below the lobby down a hall with barely any signs. There is a small locker room area for men and women and each has a tiny steam room, hot pool and cold pool q with 1 lounge chair. It’s tiny and very disappointing, especially since it’s such a nice resort overall. Feels like an after thought and I wouldn’t call it a spa. The I my other downside which really wasn’t a big deal is the VIP lounge. You’d think arrive would be great given the name but it’s incredibly slow and often the wait staff (only one was there each time we went who was actually taking orders) forgets your orders…this happened twice. We ordered soup which is likely somewhat premade and it took 35 mins yet we were the only ones there and it was like 3pm. Same thing happened the next day. I wouldn’t upgrade to a towers for that but overall very nice property with warm, friendly staff.

Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great.

The property is in a beautiful location. However my husband and I specifically stayed there so we could play Quivira Golf Club. They had no tee times available. Extremely disappointing. Also, there is a racket with the taxi services. Uber is not allowed in therefore forcing us to take a very expensive taxi everywhere we went. We were in the all inclusive plan. The best restaurants all had a “cover charge” to get in. The other restaurants were just okay. Breakfast and lunch meals were good. While we had a nice time I won’t go back to that resort

The property is very outdated!! The pools and jacuzzi need to be updated! The lounge chairs are very old and uncomfortable! One day during our stay we had no water! It was on and off all day! They just kept telling us they are working on the pipes! They didn’t compensate us or offer us anything! When the water did work it kept spouting in and out, it wasn’t consistent water! One night we went to dinner at the Asian/Japanese restaurant, we tried to order 4 or 5 different items and they told us they didn’t have any of the items! The staff was very friendly but the property was no worth the money!! Will not stay there again!
