「This is the first hotel I have stayed at where there were holes in the towels. I thought maybe it was a one off, but the next day new towels were supplied and they had holes as well. I wouldn't classify this as a three star hotel, but more of a one/two star. Most likely will never stay again.」

「The location is great. Close to a metro station so it is easy to het downtown. There are great dinning options. There is also the canal right by and marche Atwater. Love the neighborhood. We were there on a weekend and it was a little noisy. Not quite as nice as in the pictures, and does not feel very homy.」

「There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat.
It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day.
Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps.
